New Virtual Assistant Industry Online Comprehensive Survey

Virtual Assistant (VA) Industry Professionals Have Opportunity
To Share Ideas and To Learn Availability of Latest Industry Innovations

Baltimore, MD. September 1, 2016.  Sharon Williams, President of The 24 Hour Secretary announced today the launch of an online survey for Virtual Assistant (VA) Professionals that when completed will serve as a comprehensive handbook for like-minded individuals in the industry.

In her announcement of the survey, Williams expressed her excitement for this new “tool”, saying, “It’s been five years since our last survey and clearly keeping up with all the new hardware, software products, webinar and podcast platforms, groups, and the like can be a monumental undertaking. Having this information in hand in a survey report like this will certainly benefit those Virtual Assistants now in the field as well as those that are in the process of putting their ideas, plans, tools and practices together.”

VAs can pre-register to complete the survey between September 1st and 10th. Early registrants will receive a FREE Customer Persona Avatar. The survey will be available September 12-30. The 150-question survey covers areas like demographics, length of time in business, niche, number of clients, contracts, and rates and rate structure, to name a few.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and confidential (no names or other identifying information will be made public). However, data collected will be published as a generic report with graphs and statistics to accompany the report narrative.

The completed survey responses and analysis will be available once the results have been tabulated. An incredible resource such as this will also include information relating to industry, facts, insights, marketing tips, as well as social media and technology updates.
