Background and Experience

Prior to starting her business, Sharon’s administrative positions range from clerk typist to executive secretary. She also served as a union shop steward and labor relations specialists, as well as vice-president of her union. Ms. Williams has the distinction of being the first female, first black president in the union’s then 56-year history. Her last full-time employment was as a Program Compliance Officer, a hearing officer of claims against a local municipality.
