Industry Leader Sharon Williams Shares Media and Branding Tips At First International Online Virtual Assistance Convention

WHAT:    OIVAC chair and the 24 Hour Secretary founder Sharon Williams discusses the keys to successful branding and media relations at the first annual Online International Virtual Assistance Convention. In her session entitled, “The Key to Exceptional Media Relations and the Importance of Branding,” Sharon will share special tips that will get any VA a recognized expert as well as "go to" person for the media.

After 10 years of being defined as an “emerging cottage industry,” virtual assistants worldwide will gather together virtually in recognition of the first annual Online International Virtual Assistants Convention (OIVAC), which makes its debut on Thursday, May 18, 2006. Entitled “Pathways to Successful VA Practices,” the Internet-based convention is designed to bring together all virtual assistants for best practices seminars, training workshops, presentations and exhibits. Seminar topics include such diverse topics as “How to retain clients through exceptional customer service” to “Utilizing 21st century technology in a virtual environment to working with international clients”. The convention Coincides with the first annual International Virtual Assistants Day on May 19, 2006.

WHO:    Sharon Williams is a Master Virtual Assistant and Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant whose passion is marketing. She has organized several national and international campaigns, and presented before international and national audiences on behalf of clients and the Virtual Assisting industry.
